Who is responsible for the data

The site is run by an independent entrepreneur (antreprenor independent) from the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1026023146829. For any question about data, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

• The data in the emails you send us: usually your name, your email address and what you write to us.
• Statistics about the visit (the pages viewed, the buttons pressed, the device and the browser), through a statistics service. Statistics cookies are saved only with your consent.
• The IP address, kept only in encoded form.

Statistics and cookies

We use a statistics service to understand how the site is used. Statistics cookies are saved only if you accept them; otherwise, statistics are kept without cookies. For cookies, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings”, at the bottom of the home page.

Emails

If you write to us by email, we use the data in the message only to answer you. The legal basis is your request.

Who we pass the data to

We use providers of hosting, email, messaging and statistics services, who process the data on our behalf and only for the purposes above. Some of them may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area, including in the USA; this happens for statistics or when it is needed to answer you.

How long we keep the data

Emails: at most 24 months. Statistics cookies: at most 2 years. The data is protected by technical and organisational measures, and only those who need it to answer you have access to it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for the restriction of its processing or for its portability, and you can object to its processing: write to us at [email protected]. You can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
